About me:

I combine empathy, structure and strong relationship-building skills. What drives me is the desire to truly understand people – professionally and personally. I live in the Lower Rhine region and find balance in the natural surroundings along the Rhine. A large part of my free time is dedicated to my young horse, whose training teaches me patience, clear communication and conscious relationship building every day.

Experience

For more than eight years, I worked as a product manager and key account manager in the pet food industry. I managed complex projects, supported national and international private-label clients and acted as a central interface between internal departments and external partners such as design, printing and repro agencies.

I recognize potential, read between the lines and develop tailored solutions — now applied purposefully in recruiting to create sustainable connections between people and organizations.

Engagement

In addition to my core role, I served as a trusted advisor in my previous company. This responsibility sharpened my ability to handle sensitive topics professionally, build trust and act as a reliable, neutral point of contact — a key asset in my work as a recruiter today. I have also been actively involved within the last few years in voluntary nature conservation work.
