You will be part of a six-person team for the DACH & Nordics region, consisting of sales and technical experts. There is an open and proactive communication culture without micromanagement. Personal responsibility and mutual support characterize the team dynamics.
Job description
- You will be responsible for the technical-commercial sales of the specialty portfolio with a clear focus on enzymes.
- You will strategically support and expand the customer base in the feed, premix, and mineral feed industry in the DACH region (80%) and the Nordic countries (20%).
- You function as a competent contact person for product managers and feeding experts, identify their needs and develop tailor-made solutions from this.
- You will work closely together as a team, proactively share your knowledge, and use synergies to ensure joint success and report to the Commercial Manager DACH & Nordics.
- You carefully document your customer activities, project progress, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- You will represent Adisseo at trade fairs, conferences, and other industry events.
Profile
Team player with monogastric expertise, network in the feed industry and enjoyment of personal responsibility and creative freedom
Must-have criteria: • Degree in agricultural sciences, animal nutrition, animal sciences, or a related scientific field (e.g., physiology, biology). • A resilient network and existing contacts with the relevant players in the feed, premix, or mineral feed industry in the DACH region. • Proven product and market knowledge in the field of feed additives, especially with enzymes (NSPase and phytase). • You are an absolute team player who communicates openly, shares knowledge and puts joint success above personal success. • An independent, motivated, and persistent way of working as well as fluent German and English skills.
Nice-to-have criteria: • You already have poultry expertise. • Your residence is ideally located in northwest Germany to optimize travel. • Knowledge of a Scandinavian language or French is an advantage.

- Attractive salary package: Depending on experience, the salary range ranges between €70,000 and €90,000 (Junior: €70,000-75,000, Senior: €80,000-90,000), supplemented by a performance-related bonus component of 15%.

Location
You work from your home office. A residence in north-west Germany is an advantage, but not a requirement. The position requires regular travel within the sales area.
