In the newly created position of Technical Sales Manager Animal Nutrition D A CH, you will work 80 % in sales and 20 % in consulting. With your expertise and the support of R&D, Marketing and Sales, you will develop and implement innovative solutions for your customers in the field of livestock nutrition using magnesium-based feed additives. After an extensive on-boarding programme, including 2 weeks on site at the headquarters in Dinard (France) as well as joint customer visits with the sales director and sales colleagues, you will act responsibly in a timely manner to successfully expand the D-A-CH market in a proactive and creative way.

Sales and consulting service to develop the D-A-CH and NL region in the area of Mg feed additives for livestock
- You support existing and acquire new customers in the B2B and B2C sectors and ensure their satisfaction in a results-orientated approach.
- You encourage the sale of current and future innovative products by training sales partners and customers in animal feed production and trade.
- You analyse markets and approach new target groups by identifying your customers' problems in the field of livestock nutrition and developing and implementing innovative solutions.
- You record all relevant customer information and commercial activities in the CRM system.
- In this important role, you act independently with a pioneering spirit and pragmatism and report directly to the Europe Sales Director – Animal Nutrition.
Profile
Convincing personality with entrepreneurial flair and sales strength in the livestock segment
Basic requirements
- Relevant studies related to the livestock farming, e.g. agricultural science, agricultural economics, agricultural management, agricultural business administration, veterinary medicine or comparable; alternatively, comparable training related to livestock farming and sales expertise, e.g. farmer, animal husbandry, agricultural economist
- At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience and a corresponding network in the field of functional feed additives
- Strong communication skills with excellent expression and presentation abilities in German and English

Location
You work full-time, approx. 50 % from home, preferably in the D-A-CH region, possibly also in the Netherlands, and show a high willingness to travel to successfully manage sales projects in the D-A-CH region and maintain contact with the headquarter and R&D in France.
